Shipping Policy

We at Essentialsandjewelry strive to offer all our customers a smooth and reliable delivery experience in connection with ordering. Orders that are not pre-ordered are usually processed within 1-2 days after payment. The delivery time depends on where you order from, within Sweden the delivery time is estimated to be between 2 to 6 working days. For international orders, delivery time is estimated to be longer, depending on customs handling and shipping method.

Refund policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with the products purchased. Do you experience or suspect that your product is broken? You have 14 days from the day receiving your order to contact us if you require a refund due to damage. NOTE, we are not responsible for damages that occurred on our own.
